💰 HOW COMMISSIONS ARE CALCULATED

Qualification is based on the commission you actually receive after your advisor split.

Example:
If a booking generates $1,000 in total commission and your advisor commission split is 80%, you receive $800.

➡️ $800 would count toward your Incentive Trip qualification.

Your qualification total is based on your portion of the commission — not the agency’s total gross commission.

✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the March Las Vegas Incentive Trip, advisors must:

🛳️ Be an active CLIA member in good standing
💳 Be an active $39/month agency member
⭐ Remain active and in good standing with the agency throughout the qualification period and at the time of the trip
💰 Meet the required commission qualification level
